Westbound on the M56: exit at junction 12. At the end of the slip road, take the first exit on the roundabout and follow the road round under the railway bridge to the traffic lights.
Eastbound on the M56: exit at junction 12. At the end of the slip road, take the first exit on the roundabout and follow the road to the next roundabout. Take the second exit and follow the road round under the railway bridge to the traffic lights.
At the traffic lights, turn left and then next left into the surgery. The surgery is next to the swing bridge on the A56.
