Please only make appointments by phone (or online). Emails are not read all the time, but there’s always someone answering the phone while we’re open.
Missed appointments without cancellation incur a £30 charge. We’ve introduced this to make sure appointments are available for patients in need.
For emergencies and home visits, please ring 01928 717581. From 16 November, out of hours calls to the same number transfer to MiNightVet Chester. More about emergencies.
