How To Order

Please give us 48 hours’ notice when ordering a repeat prescription. The easiest way is to call 01928 717581 and tell reception what you need — pet’s name, medication name and strength, and the date you’d like to collect.

Written Prescriptions

If you’d prefer a written prescription to take to another supplier:

• Up to two medications — £21
• Each additional medication — £12.50

Re-Checks

Most pets on long-term medication need a periodic re-check — usually every 3 to 6 months — so the vet can review whether the dose is still right. Reception will let you know when your next re-check is due when you order your repeat.
